# `Tay.Storage.ColdCopy`

Exclusive whole-store cold backup and restore.

Catalogs are external evidence rather than Tay state. This module never
repairs, activates, truncates, or mutates its source. It keeps the source's
existing ownership lock for the full inventory/hash/copy interval and uses
the native storage helper for every path-sensitive destination operation.
